抽气装置减小散热损失的方法

摘    要:抽气装置贮气筒内气体与贮气筒内壁之间存在强烈的对流换热现象,通过减小贮气筒内表面积的方法可以减小贮气筒内气体的热损失,提高抽气效能.为此建立了在贮气筒容积和安装抽气装置处身管外径一定的情况下,贮气筒内表面积最小的数学模型,并给出该模型的求解方法.

Abstract:There is violent convective heat exchange between the gas within the reservoir of evacuator and inner surface of the reservoir. By reducing the inner surface area of reservoir, the heat losses of the gas it can be lowered,and its air-evacuation efficiency be improved. Therefore, the author sets up a mathematical model of the smallest inner surface area of reservoir with definite reservoir volume and definite outer diameter of gun tube where the bore evacuator is installed,and put forward the way to reach the solution.
