微粒矿物疏水絮团的粒度分布与结构研究

摘    要:微粒矿物悬浮体加入捕收剂或非极性油乳状液能强化诱导疏水絮凝作用,从而使之形成絮团。本文研究了该絮团的粒度和结构,结果表明,疏水絮团的粒度全部处在常规选矿的最佳选别粒度范围之内,它的可浮性也与正常粒度的同种矿物完全一致,疏水絮团的结构致密,而且可通过增大非极性油用量变得更加紧密、形状转为球形。

Abstract:Addition of collector or non-polar oil emulsion to extremely fine mineral suspension can intensify induction of hydrophobic flocculation of extremely fine mineral particles, forming floc. This paper studies the size and structure of the floc. The experimental results show that its size is within the optimal size range of conventional mineral processing and it is identical in flotability with the same minerals of normal particle sizes. In addition, the floc has compact structure, which would increase in compactedness with the increase of non-polar oil dosage.
