| Abstract: | With reference to the production process, the failure of drawing rod in the beginning of horizontal continuous casting of wire rod has been analyzed and the necessary pulling speed has also been derived theoretically. On the basis of the analysis and derivation, some improvements have been made on the former process and then the failure of drawing rod is much less than before. |
