板式转换结构转换层位置对高层建筑抗震性能的影响

摘    要:通过对设有不同位置转换层的空间结构分析,论述了转换层设置位置对板式转换结构动力特性和地震反应的影响。由于转换板自身大质量和刚度的影响,提出了转换层位置较高时,只有对转换层上、下结构等效侧向刚度比和层间位移角比的"双控制",才能避免结构层间位移角和地震剪力的突变。该控制方法可供设计板式转换结构参考。

Abstract:The effect on dynamic properties and seismic responses of the structure with transfer slab is discussed when the various level of transfer story are arranged. This paper introduces that at higher level of transfer story, the abruption of story drift and seismic shear would be avoided when both ratios of lateral stiffness and story drift are limited, because of the influence of the transfer slab with large mass and stiffness.
