超临界CO2萃取烟草中茄尼醇的工艺研究

摘    要:以烟草为原料,研究了超临界CO2萃取烟草中茄尼醇的过程。考察了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、CO2流量以及夹带剂浓度和流量等因素对茄尼醇质量收率的影响,并得到了萃取茄尼醇的适宜工艺条件:萃取压力25-35MPa,萃取温度35~45℃,CO2流量2.0~3.0L·min^-1,夹带剂85%乙醇,夹带剂流量0.25~0.35mL·min^-1,萃取时间2h。

Abstract:The tobacco leaves were taken as raw materials, and the process for extracting solanesol from tobacco leaves with Supereritical CO2 was studied. The factors affecting the quality yield of solanesol were determined. The coptimum conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 25-35 MPa, extraction temperature 35 -45℃, the flow - rate of CO2 2.0 - 3.0 L·min^-1, 85 % ethanol as the entrainer, the flow - rate of the entrainer 0.25 - 0.35 mL·min^-1and extraction time under 2 h.
