摘    要:TRT流程中,在事故状态下旁通阀因阀门机械故障或传动机构不合理会造成高炉和TRT生产的不稳定,为此对旁通快开阀进行了技术改造,提高了顶压调控能力和TRT发电量,取得了较好改造效果。

Abstract:In TRT process, in accident state, valve mechanical failure of bypass valve or unreasonable driving mechanism would cause unstable blast furnace production and TRT production. For this reason, the technical reconstruction was made on the bypass quick-open- ing valve, top pressure control capacity and TRT generating capacity were increased, which gained better reconstruction effects.
