| 摘 要： | 为探讨清梳联纺长绒棉的性能特征,针对清梳联的设备配置,就清梳联纺长绒棉工艺流程中设备的配置,各单机工艺参数的配置进行了质量指标测试.采用"一抓、一开、一混、一清"的短流程工艺,各主机相互配合,作用互补,可完成精细抓棉,有效开松,均匀混和,高效除杂的任务;同时以锡林针布为中心并进行针布配套,梳棉机锡林速度不宜过高,对纤维损伤少;各机台的工艺配置应根据原料情况、产量以及质量要求,经试验确定.

| Abstract: | To discuss the property specility of spinning long-staple cotton in blowing-carding unit, quality index test of processing parameters of each single machine was done according to equipment configuration of blowing-carding unit. Single machine of picking, opening, blending, cleaning were adopted as short circulation processing, exact picking, effective opening, evenness blending, high effective cleaning can be realized by machine cooperation. Carding cloth should be configured through cylinder carding clothing as core, cylinder speed should not be too high to reduce fiber damage. Processing configuration of each machine should be arranged according to material, output, quality demands and experiences. |
