摘    要:为解决T/R 80/20 36.9 tex强捻纱织造时容易在布面形成经缩、松经等疵点的问题,对络筒、整经、浆纱工艺进行了调整.1332型络筒机车速控制在600 m/min,整经工序改进筒纱退绕形式、缩小导纱距离,浆料配方中适量减少PVA-1799用量,加入CP-L变性淀粉,S432型浆纱机采用高浓度、相对较高的压浆力.采用新工艺后织机效率达到90%以上,入库一等品率达到98%.

Abstract:To resolve problems of knees, loose warp and so on in weaving T/R 80/20 36.9 tex hard twist yarn, processing adjustment of winding, warping, sizing were done. Speed of 1332 winder control at 600 m/rain, cheese detwisting form was innovated and guiding distance was shorten in warping process, PVA-199 was reduced suitably and CP- L modified starch was added, high concentration and relative high squeezing pressure were adopted in sizing process. These new processing can enhance weaving efficiency to above 90%, and first grade percentage put in storage can reach 98%.
