非晶态合金在低频干扰电流探头中的应用

摘    要:通过夺铁基非晶合金和铁氧体两种软磁材料的性能的比较分析,讨论了由于铁基非晶合金自身良好的磁性能,将其用于电磁兼容性试验设备中作为低频干扰电流探头的磁芯材料,同时通过对实验结果的分析说明合理选择非晶态合金及采用正确的切割处理,可使电流探头在测试低频干扰电流时的灵敏度、精确度大大提高,从而对于扩大铁基非晶合金这一功能性材料的应用范围提供了实验依据。

Abstract:The present paper analyzes the difference between amorphous Fe-M-B alloy and ferrite magnetic material and discusses the application of the amorphous Fe-M-B alloy in the experimental equipment of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) as the magnetic core material of the low frequency interference current probe. Analysis of the experimental results shows that proper selection of the amorphous alloy and correct sever treatment can improve greatly the sensitivity and precision of the probe in measuring the low frequency interference current, thus providing an experimental proof for application of the functional material, amorphous Fe-M-B alloy over an enlarged range
