摘    要:提出了一种基于行波传输时差的输电线路覆冰厚度测量方法.推导了冰厚与线路长度的关系,基于输电线路故障全球定位系统(GPS)行波定位系统精确记录外部故障或操作产生的行波穿越线路的时间,测量输电线路长度的变化,从而计算出冰厚.分析了某地区电网2008年冰灾期间的运行数据,表明了该方法的适用性,可用于输电线路冰灾分析,为合理安排融冰计划提供参考.

Abstract:A novel overhead transmission line icing thickness measurement method based on transmission traveling wave time difference is proposed. Theoretical derivation of the relationship between icing thickness and transmission line length is presented. The traveling time of the traveling wave caused by external fault and operation is recorded by GPS traveling wave fault location system.
