助磨剂与水泥的适应性研究

摘    要:本文研究了4种助磨剂(YHT-030、YHT-102、YHT-130和JY)与3种水泥(普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣水泥和粉煤灰水泥)的适应关系。探讨了助磨剂对水泥性能的影响。结果表明,助磨剂与水泥品种之间存在一定的匹配关系。适宜助磨剂的加入可以使水泥细度减小、比表面积增加、水泥颗粒组成中3~32μm颗粒的含量增多,中位粒径减小,颗粒分布更加均匀;同时,可以提高水泥各个龄期的抗折和抗压强度。

Abstract:Mutual adaptability between four grinding agent and three cements were researched.The influence of grinding on the cement properties was discussed.The results showed that there exist an optimum match between the kind of grinding agent and that of cements.And that the addition of valid grinding agent can make cement fineness decrease,specific surface area increase,particle size distribution more even,especially the median size 3-32μm particle content become larger than that cements which have not added grinding agent.At the same time,the result also show that the addition of valid grinding agent make different cement strength of different ages were improved.
