| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了处理细长轴件的低真空氮化炉的结构特点和热处理工艺。生产实践表明,细长轴件在真空下氮化,渗层组织良好,厚薄均匀,氮化速度较快,显著地减少氨消耗量,有良好的工作环境。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the structure feature and heat treatment technology of a low vacuum nitriding furnace for treating axle workpieces. Proved by practice,the workpieces nitrlded is with good structure of permeant layer and uniform thickness. The technology has fast nitriding speed, less ammonia consumption and good operation condition. |
