乙苯脱氢反应数学模型的建立

摘    要:采用数理统计分析方法建立了乙苯脱氢反应多元回归数学模型,进行了模型的拟合优度及方程的显著性检验,确认了模型的可信度。结果表明:温度对乙苯转化率影响最大,出口压力对苯乙烯选择性影响最大。在生产中可据此来调控各因素,使乙苯脱氢催化剂得以发挥最大效能。

Abstract:The multielement regression on ethylbenzene dehydrogenation was established by the method of numerical analysis.The model with a highly reliability was proved by the goodness of fit and the significance test.The results showed that the temperature was the most important factor affected on the conversion of ethylbenzene,and the output pressure was the most important factor affected on the selectivity of styrene.The catalyst for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation had the most effectiveness by adjusting the factors according to the results mentioned above in the experiment and the production.
