摘    要:电触头材料是继电器、电路开关、仪器仪表等电气设备中极为重要的组成部分,承担接通、断开电路及负载电流的任务,电触头材料的性能、质量好坏将直接影响仪器的寿命及使用可靠性。对近年来逐渐得到关注的Ag-MAX电触头材料进行简要介绍,讨论了Ag-MAX电触头材料的种类、制备工艺及相关性能,对Ag-MAX电触头材料的未来发展进行展望。

Abstract:Electrical contact materials are extremely important components of the electrical equipment such as relays, circuit switches, instruments, etc., for they are used for connecting or breaking circuits and loading currents. The performance and quality of electrical contact materials directly affect the life and reliability of the equipment. In this paper, we will briefly introduce Ag-MAX electrical contact materials that have gained attention in recent years, including their types, preparation process and related properties, as well as the future development.
