摘    要:多功能测控装置是电力自动化系统的关键设备,其核心芯片均依赖进口,威胁电网运行安全。针对目前适合电力系统自动控制的国产芯片选型少且部分外设芯片没有合适选型的现状,结合多业务融合的需求,提出基于国产ARM主控芯片加国产FPGA的多功能测控装置的平台改进及关键技术。首先,基于FPGA编程替代部分无合适选型的芯片配合智能I/O技术设计硬件平台。然后,基于数据共享和FPGA协作设计软件平台。再针对国产芯片制造水平的现状,提出测量精度补偿、可靠性加固及功能拓展等改进技术。最后,集成以上平台设计及改进技术研制了基于国产芯片的多功能测控装置,并通过第三方专业检测验证其性能指标满足行业相关标准要求,同时在国内变电站正式投入运行,运行情况良好。

Abstract:Multi-functional measurement and control devices are key equipment in a power automation system. Its core chips rely on imports. This threatens the safety of the power grid. The current situation is that few domestic chips suitable for a power automation system and some peripheral chips do not have suitable models, and this is combined with the demand for multi-service integration. This thus requires platform improvement and key technologies for multi-functional measurement and control devices based on domestic ARM and FPGA. First, this paper designs a hardware platform based on FPGA programming to replace chips without suitable models to fix intelligent I/O technology. Then, based on data sharing and FPGA collaboration, a software platform is designed. Given the current situation of domestic chip manufacture, improvement technologies are proposed to compensate for measurement accuracy and to reinforce reliability and expand functions. Finally, the above platform designs and improvement technologies are integrated and the multi-function measurement and control device is developed based on domestic chips. Its performance is verified by third-party professional testing and meets the requirements of relevant standards, and it has been officially put into operation in substations with good conditions.
