脂肪酶固定化技术的研究进展

摘    要:该文介绍了脂肪酶的传统及新型固定化技术,特别针对纳米载体、磁性载体、微波辅助固定化技术、膜固定化技术等近年来发展的新载体和新技术进行概述,描述了通过固定化来改善脂肪酶的催化性能,包括酶的活力、稳定性、最适条件以及特异性等。提出目前脂肪酶固定化所面临的稳定性差、难以工业化应用等问题,并指出未来脂肪酶固定化技术应向着性质稳定、操作简单以及规模化生产的方向发展。

Abstract:The conventional and new technologies for lipase immobilization were introduced,with emphasis on the new carriers and technologies developed in recent years such as nano-carriers,magnetic carriers,microwaveassisted immobilization,and membrane immobilization.The catalytic performance including the activity,stability,optimum catalytic conditions,and specificity of lipase can be improved by immobilization. However,lipase immobilization faced the problems such as poor stability and difficult industrial application. The future lipase immobilization should develop towards stable properties,simple operation,and large-scale production.
