安徽省水资源公报编制及应用系统设计

摘    要:随着最严格水资源管理制度实施,人工统计计算已不能满足时效需求,建立基于 GIS 的水资源公报编制及应用系统,为水资源公报编制者提供可视化、一体化的分析计算平台,实现数据的准确高效输入、自动校验、自动运算,提高水资源公报编制的时效性、规范性和准确性,同时利用多年的水资源公报成果以及水资源调查评价成果建立水资源公报成果数据库,以便进行历史数据对比分析和长系列数据变化趋势分析,为水资源公报成果编制、日常水资源管理决策服务。

Abstract:With the implementation of the strictest water resource management system, manual statistical calculations can no longer meet the timeliness requirements. A GIS based water resource bulletin compilation and achievement application system has been established to provide a visual and integrated analysis and calculation platform for water resource bulletin compilers. This system enables accurate and efficient data input, automatic validation, and automatic computation, thereby improving the timeliness, standardization, and accuracy of water resources bulletin compilation. At the same time, utilizing the results from years of water resources bulletins and assessment surveys to establish a database of water resources bulletin outcomes, facilitating historical data comparative analysis and analysis of long-term trends in data variations. This database serves the compilation of water resources bulletins and supports daily water resources management decision-making.
