| 摘 要： | 建筑材料在整个建筑工程造价中的比重约为60％～70％，如果材料上涨10％，那就使总造价上涨6％-7％，因此材料风险不可避免的成为建设项目风险管理的重点。管理创新带来的价值比技术创新带来的经济效益更多更快，所以材料管理手段上的创新，对材料风险的回避具有显著效益，并产生巨大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The cost of building materials throughout the building in the proportion is about 60 % - 70 %, if the material was up 10% of the total cost would be up 6% - 7%. Therefore, materials risk become inevitable construction project risk management focus. The management innovation bring about the economic benefits more quickly than by technological innovation , so the management innovations of the material means can bring significant benefits to avoid the materials risk , and slao produce an enormous economic benefits. |
