镍电极MLCC内电极浆料与介质烧成收缩匹配性的研究

摘    要:文章通过实验,阐述了电容器用镍内电极浆料中,有机固含量的大小、无机添加剂的类型、镍/无机添加剂比例对镍内电极浆料烧成收缩曲线,以获镰浆所形成电极层与介质层在烧成过程中收缩率匹配性能的影响。

Abstract:the influence of. within the electrode Ni paste of MLCC, the content of organic solids, the type of inorganic additives, the ratio of nickel / inorganic additives on the electrode paste firing shrinkage curve, as well as the matching of the nickel electrode layer formed by paste and the dielectric layer on the sintering shrinkage rate, was described.
