摘    要:针对华阳发电有限责任公司1期2台300 MW机组汽轮机油水分严重超标的问题,对汽轮机的轴封系统、滤油系统、轴承回油系统等进行检查分析,找出了问题所在。通过采取合理调整运行方式,进行设备改造,加强对设备维护等措施,使油中水分大幅度下降,并一直保持在50 mg/L以下,从而保证了机组的安全运行。

Abstract:Directing against the problem of water content exceeding standard limit in turbine oil for two 300 MW units in the first-phase project of Huayang Power Generating Co Ltd,the gland seal system,oil filtering system,and oil returning system from bearing etc.of the said turbines have been inspected and analysed,finding out the causes resulting in the said problem.Through measures of reasonably adjusting the operation mode,carrying out retrofit of equipment,and strengthening maintenance of equipments etc.,the water content in turbine oil has been greatly reduced,and maintaining continuously at a level below 50 mg/L,ensuring thereby safe operation of said units.
