摘    要:山东鲁北企业集团总公司为提高磷石膏制酸联产水泥装置硫酸产量,降低能耗,利用回转窑高温窑气自动分析、酸性污水净化、水系统节能等关键科技创新和专利技术对装置进行优化改造。介绍上述技术的具体内容和实施效果,这些成果为磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥技术的推广提供了强有力的保障。

Abstract:The optimal modification with using the key technological innovation and patent technology ot automatic analysis of rotary kiln high-temperature kiln gas, acidic sewage purification, energy saving in water system etc. is implemented to improve the yield of SA and reduce energy consumption in production of SA integrated with cement from phosphogypsum in Shandong Lubei Enterprise Group General Company. The specific content and implementation effect are introduced, these achievement provides a strong protection for popularizing the technology of production of SA integrated with cement from phosphogypsum.
