二水湿法磷酸生产污水的回收利用

摘    要:分析二水湿法磷酸装置存在污水排放量大、蒸汽冷凝液未有效利用等问题,通过工艺改造提高装置消化污水的能力。利用当地气候条件进行磷石膏渣场淋溶水自然浓缩与回收;设计电导率自控和冷凝液热能回收系统,实现浓缩蒸汽冷凝液高效利用;对装置生产净下水进行分质、分级综合利用。改造后,年创经济效益1 118万元。

Abstract:The existing problems in WPA production by dihydrate process are analyzed including large capacity of waste water drainage and inefficient utilization of steam condensate etc. The waste water digestive ability of plant is improved by process modification. Based on the local climate, the leaching water of phosphogypsum slag stacking area is concentrated naturally and recycled; The conductivity automatic control and heat recovery system is designed to realize the efficient utilization of steam condensate; The water is recycled with quality-divided and grading. After the modification, annual economic benefit is increased by 11.18 million RMB Yuan.
