硫铁矿制酸焙烧炉气的中低温余热利用

摘    要:讨论120 kt/a硫铁矿制酸焙烧炉气低于350℃的中低温余热利用的可行性;阐述利用热管蒸发器生产蒸汽和利用热管水预热器加热冷水的余热利用方案、工艺流程、设备及运行参数;分析余热回收产生的经济和环境效益,年节标煤2 600多吨,减排CO26 600多吨,节电约85万kW.h,年综合效益500多万元。

Abstract:The feasibility of utilization of medium and low temperature ( 〈 350 ℃ ) waste heat in 120 kt/a sulfuric acid production with pyrite is discussed; The utilization plan for waste heat, process, equipment and its operation parameters of steam production with heat pipe evaporator and heating condensed water with tube preheater are introduced; The annually economic and environmental benefits of waste heat recovery are analyzed including saving standard coal more than 2.6 kt, reducing emission of CO2 more than 6.6 kt, saving power about 0.85 million kW.h, increasing the economic benefit more than 5 million RMB Yuan.
