摘    要:为了利用副产盐酸和回收利用浮选尾矿中的磷,用盐酸直接分解磷矿浮选尾矿进行了实验研究。利用正交设计,研究了盐酸质量分数、盐酸用量、反应温度和反应时间对尾矿中磷溶出率的影响;介绍所得磷酸酸解液用氨水中和制取NP肥的情况;最后为降低能耗、物耗讨论了盐酸分解尾矿应采取的适宜工艺条件。

Abstract:For the utilization of by-product hydrochloric acid and recovery of phosphorus in phosphate rock flotation tailings, the decomposition of phosphate rock flotation railings by hydrochloric acid is studied. The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration and amount, reaction temperature and time on extraction rate of phosphorus are studied by orthogonal design in laboratory. The application of phosphoric acid from decomposition in the compound fertilizer production with ammonia is introduced. Finally, optimum process conditions for decomposition of flotation railings by hydrochloric acid are discussed to reduce energy and material consumption.
