激光相变硬化过程中温度场及马氏体相变的数值分析

摘    要:以相变理论、热弹塑性理论为基础 ,根据激光热处理加热、冷却速度快的特点 ,建立了考虑热物性系数及相变过程的非线性热传导方程。该方程能较好地反映马氏体相变特征。应用有限单元法和有限差分的混合解法对平板材料激光淬火过程的瞬态温度场进行了计算。在计算温度的同时 ,计算了马氏体量的分布 ,进而确定激光硬化区的形貌。计算结果与实验结果对比表明 ,此项理论研究有一定实用价值

Abstract:In this paper,based on the theories of phase transformation and thermal elastoplastic,according to the special character of the high heating speed and fast cooling speed during laser quenching,a non\|linear heat\|conduction equation considering phase transformation and thermo\|physical properties is set up.This equation reflects the special character of martensite phase transformation well.The transient temperature field of plate material is calculated and analyzed by means of the finite element method(FEM) and finite different method(FDM),at same time,the distribution of phase composition and volume fraction of martensite can be calculated and curves of the configuration of the phase transformation hardening area of laser quenching is confirmed in progress.Comparing the calculated results with those of experiment,satisfying agreement is found.Our theoretical study has some practical values for real processing.
