间接蒸发冷却换热器阻力特性的实验研究

摘    要:本文通过对间接蒸发冷却换热系统开展实验,对换热器通道的阻力特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:在雷诺数较小处于层流状态时,摩擦系数大于根据计算得到的摩擦系数,使用圆管内当量直径的方法也会带来较大的误差;在雷诺数大于1700时,流动从层流进入过渡区,在雷诺数大于2100时,流动呈现紊流的特征。

Abstract:Experimental investigations of the air flow resistance in the channels of the indirect evaporative cooler were carried out.The results show that the friction factor is higher than that calculated using the formula when the Reynolds number is relatively small,therefore the formula of the equivalent circular duct should not be applied.The critical values transited from laminar flow to transition flow is about 1700,and is about 2100 when it transformed to turbulent flow.
