灰口铸铁的激光表面熔凝硬化

摘    要:利用激光熔凝化技术对灰口铸铁表面进行了硬化处理。通过SEM分析发现,熔凝硬化区呈现出典型分层结构,同时,因石墨的固溶强化作用,显著提高了熔凝区硬度和耐磨性。对不同扫描间距试样进行耐磨性试验表明,当扫描间距为12mm时相对耐磨性达到极大值。

Abstract:Gray cast iron was treated by means of laser melt hardening technology.The microstructures were observed by SEM.It indicated that the hardening zone can be divided into three layers.Hardness and wear resistance of melted zone are increased obviously,because of solid solution hardening caused by melting of graphite.Wear test for samples with different scanning interval were carried out.The result shows that the relative wear resistance reaches the maximum,when the scanning interval is 12mm.
