底包钢—火山渣混凝土梁的试验研究及性能分析

摘    要:本文介绍了底包钢火山渣混凝土梁的研究现状,分析了纵向配筋率,剪力连接件的布件方式、混凝土骨料及其强度对梁的性能的影响,提出了梁极限承载力的计算方法,推导出钢-混凝土交界面处滑移影响的挠度计算公式。根据试验结果,表明这种梁比普通钢筋混凝土梁具有更好的抗弯性能,它的使用不仅可保证结构安全可靠,还可以带来较好的经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper,a general account of slag concrete beams reinforced by bottom steel members is introduced.Parameters such as ratio of longitudinal reinforcement, spacing of stirrups,aggregate and strength of concrete which influence the bahaviour of beams are analysed.The calculation method or the ultimate moment is suggested.The expression for predicting the beam deflection is given,which takes into account the slipping effect between concrete and steel.The results show the slag concrete beams reinforced by bottom steel members have better performance than ordinary reinforced concrete beams.Authors believe that the new construction form is promising because of its reliability and economic benefits.
