| 摘 要： | 目前,我国物流园区规划相对滞后,规划深度也不足,规划中应避免使用“物流用地”这一用地分类,以免造成用地管理上的混乱。物流园区的数量和规模预测以不同经济区域物流需求量预测值和物流需求门槛值作为基本依据,园区未来用地规模可利用物流强度数据确定。

| Abstract: | Presently,the planning of logistics park in China is relatively lagging behind with not enough in-depth planning.It is suggested that such land categorizationas "land used for logistics" be avoided in planning in order to prevent the disorder in land management.The prediction of the number and size of logistics parks should be based on the predicted value of the logistics demand of different economic regions and on the threshold level of logistics needs. The size of the futureland utilization by the logistics parks can be determined by the logistics strength data. [ |
