3-乙酰氧基-1,3,5(10),15-雌四烯-17-酮与甘氨酸甲酯Michael加成反应的研究

摘    要:以3-乙酰氧基-1,3,5(10),15-雌四烯-17-酮和甘氨酸甲酯为原料,筛选出适宜的催化剂三乙胺和溶剂四氢呋喃,通过Michael加成反应合成了3-乙酰氧基-15-(N-甲氧羰亚甲基氨基)-1,3,5(10)-雌三烯-17-酮,并通过红外和质谱方法确定其结构.

Abstract:ydroxyestra-15-(N -methyoxycarbonylmathyleneamino)-1,3,5(10)-trien-17-one acetate was synthesized from 3-hydroxyestra-1,3,5(10),15-tetraen-17-one acetate and glycinemethylester by Michael addition reaction.Triethylamine was selected as catalyst and tetrahydrofuran as solvent.The Structure of the product was identified by IR and MS.
