紧联接螺栓直径的快速确定法

摘    要:螺栓联接是在工程上应用十分广泛的联接方式,特别是紧螺栓联接。在装配时,螺栓联接有控制预紧力和不控制预紧力2种情况,一般情况下采用的是不控制预紧力安装。这种情况下的螺栓联接设计中,传统的设计方法是试算法,即先估计所需螺栓的直径.然后查出安全系数,再用强度计算公式求出螺栓直径。因为安全系数与螺栓的直径有关,所以往往会出现计算得到的直径与估计值不符甚至相差很大的情况,因此导致设计过程出现反复。

Abstract:Traditional design method is usually trial-error. According to equivalent danger section area, strength of screw connection is determined in this paper. Knowing strain force and material of screw, we only look up a table to obtain screw dia meter, which raise design efficiency. Furthermore, permit axis load of screw is normal sizes and performance grade is calculated and is made of the computationa l table, which has practical value in designing screw connection.
