国产600MW汽轮发电机组轴系异常振动分析与处理

摘    要:某国产600MW超临界汽轮发电机组轴系在运行中经常出现异常振动。这不仅迫使系统多次临时停机.而且存在较大安全隐患。本文采用电涡流位移传感器对该机组7号轴瓦的异常振动进行监测,通过波德图和频谱分析发现,引起系统异常振动的主要原因是发电机转子及低压缸发电机对轮质量不平衡。经过处理,7号轴瓦振动水平明显降低,系统轴系振动恢复到正常范围。

Abstract:Abnormal vibration often occurs in the shafts of a domestic 600 MW supercritical unit during putting into operation,which not only leads to temporary system failure of several times,but also to be a dangerous factor.In this paper,eddy current displacement sensor is used to monitor abnormal vibration of No.7 bearing of a power plant,and finds that the imbalance of generator rotor and shaft coupling is the main reasons through Bode diagram and spectral analysis.Meanwhile,the relevant treatment options are put...
