摘    要:介绍了兰州石化公司裂解汽油加氢装置一、二段加氢催化剂的使用情况,分析了影响一、二段催化剂使用寿命的因素,主要有催化剂的装填、原料质量、床层温升及压差、催化剂结焦等,并结合实际操作,提出延长催化剂使用寿命的工艺优化措施。

Abstract:The running of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation plant in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company were introduced.The factors influencing the use life of calalyst were discussed.The results indicated that the primary factors were the loading of the calalyst,the quality of the feedstock,the temperature rise and the pressure difference in the bed,and the coke formation of the catalyst.Combined with the operation, the optimum measures for the use life prolongation of catalyst were pointed out.
