铜管挤压加工工艺能耗及碳排放研究

摘    要:随着全球能源和资源的严重短缺,产品生产与加工过程中的能耗和资源利用率变得与制造成本、质量控制等同等重要,针对塑性成形工艺的低碳、节能减排等的研究显得非常迫切。以铜管挤压加工为例,重点研究了不同工艺参数条件下铜管冷挤压和热挤压成形过程的能量消耗,并考虑了辅助工艺的能耗及碳排放。综合比较整个加工过程,冷挤压的能耗及碳排放比热挤压小得多。

Research of the Energy Consumption and Carbon Emissions for Copper Tube Extrusion Process

Abstract:With the severe shortage of the worldwide energy and resources,the energy consumption as well as the usage rate of resources is becoming as equivalently important as the cost of product production,the quality control of manufacturing,such as plastic forming process.The energy consumption and carbon emissions of copper tube extrusion were investigated,and the effect of different process parameters on the energy consumption was also analyzed for cold extrusion and hot extrusion process.Taking into account the auxiliary process of the part manufacturing,the comprehensive energy consumption of cold extrusion is much less than that of the hot extrusion.
