摘    要:对于带有地下室的高层、超高层和复杂多层建筑结构,在设计计算中如何考虑地下室结构和回填土的影响、如何合理简化形成符合工程实际的计算模型,并进行高效率、高精度设计计算是广大设计人员特别关注的一个重要问题。本文结合《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011—2001)和《高层建筑混凝土结构设计规程》(JGJ3—2002)的有关规定,重点介绍在SATWE软件中对有地下室结构分析模型的确定原则、分析参数的选取、地下室抗震设计和人防设计、以及地下室外墙平面外配筋设计计算等方面的内容,并介绍了SATWE软件有关上部结构与地下室共同工作分析及地下室设计功能的编制原理和应用要点,供广大设计人员参考。

Abstract:Most of multi storied or tall buildings built in recent years are with basement. The following issues are most important for designers in analysis and design of these kind of buildings, such as how to consider the effect of the basement and backfill, and how to rationally simplify the computation model of the structure. SATWE is a three dimensional finite element analysis and design program, which is used very popular in China and some other countries of south east Asia. In order to make SATWE have the functions to deal with these kinds of buildings with high efficiency and high precision, some special functions have been developed. It is presented in these paper the selection of analysis model and parameters, seismic design and design for civil air defense of basement, and design of exterior walls. Main principles adopted in SATWE for analyzing interaction of superstructure and basement, and notes for its application are introduced as well.It will be served as a better reference for designers.
