| 摘 要： | 双溪水库由于存在溢流堰体不稳定与溢流堰脚漏水等隐患，水库长期处于低水位 电效益低，经采取有效措施，提高了堰体稳定并解决了漏水问题，从而较大幅度地提高了本电站及下游一系列梯有电站的发电效益，并相应提高了水库枢纽工程的防洪标准。

| Abstract: | Considering the leakage at the foot of the weir dam and the unstability of the fody of the weir dam, the improvement measures are introduced. By using these measures, the genera ting benefit and the ability to control teh flood contral for the key projet are raised in the caseade of hte stations. |
