摘    要:在研究分析桥式金刚石圆盘锯结构、功能的基础上,对金刚石圆盘锯横梁结构进行重新设计以达到降低生产成本的目的.充分利用了CAD设计的全参数化和在一定条件下的CAD和CAE自由传递的特性,对建立的横梁模型运用有限元方法进行了静、动态仿真分析,通过多次改进横梁结构布局建立方案模型来进行仿真研究,最终得出了一种较为合理的结构设计方案.本文结合其它三种改进方案一起进行了具体分析研究,该方案的实施不仅可满足设计要求,而且可使横梁质量减轻约24%,降低了成本,提高了设备的市场竞争力.

Abstract:Based on analysis of structure and function of bridging diamond circular saw, and in order to reduce the manufacture costs, the crossbeam structure of diamond circular saw was redesigned. Making the best of the full parameter design of CAD and free transfer between CAD and CAE, the static and dynamic properties of diamond circular saw crossbeam model were simulated by using finite element method. At last a quite reasonable structure design scheme was gained through simulating several kinds of scheme models which were built by improving on the crossbeam structure layout time after time, furthermore three other improvement schemes were analysed and compared. It is found that implement of this last scheme can not only meet the design needs but also lighten about 24% crossbeam masses, thus reduce the cost and improve the market competitive power of the equipment.
