摘    要:晶闸管器件性能和缓冲电路参数会影响换流阀内电压分布特性。在晶闸管断态情况下进行换流阀电路参数选择,其结果明显具有局限性。用考虑二次效应、温度特性和反向恢复过程的晶闸管宏模型,对换流阀内的一个晶闸管模块与饱和电抗器的串联电路进行了动态仿真,分析了晶闸管器件参数分散性和缓冲电路参数对换流阀内电压分布特性的影响;同时还考虑了换流器换流时换流阀内电压振荡特性。

Abstract:The performance of thyristors and the parame-ters of snubber circuit can significantly affect the voltage distribution in converter valves. There are obvious limitations for the parameter choice of converter valve under the off-state of thyristor. In this paper by use of macro-model of thyristor in which the second order effect, thermal performance and reverse recovery process are considered, the dynamic simulation of series-connected thyristor and anode saturable reactor in HVDC converter valve is performed. The influence of the parameter decentralization of thyristor devices and the parameters of snubber circuit on the voltage distribution in converter valve is analyzed. At the same time, the voltage oscillation characteristics in the converter valve are considered while the converter is in service.
