冷焊在电厂修复中的应用

摘    要:热焊工艺复杂,耗时较长,难以完成电厂机组抢修。冷焊具有快速、经济、可靠等特点,更适用于电厂大机组的抢修。对冷焊的焊接性、焊接工艺以及在电厂中的应用进行了系统讨论,结果表明选择正确的冷焊工艺,是保证电厂顺利完成抢修的关键。

Application of Cold Welding in the Process of General Repairing of Power Plant
Abstract:In view of the complex hot welding process,it is difficult to complete the first-aid repair of the power plant's set.Based on the characteristics of fast,economy and reliability,cold welding is more suitable to repair the power plant's set in some case.In this paper,the weldability,welding technics and application of cold welding are discussed systemically.The result shows that the welding technics is the key to complete the first-aid repair of the power plant's set.
