内燃机薄壁合金铸铁缸套金属型覆砂铸造工艺

摘    要:论述中、小型内燃机薄壁合金铸铁缸套金属型覆砂铸造的工作原理、工艺特点和生产工艺流程 ;根据缸套铸件 -覆砂层-金属型系统热交换传热准则理论 ,在初步试验基础上提出了确定该工艺生产缸套铸件必须控制的主要工艺参数 :缸套铸件壁厚、覆砂层厚度、金属型壁厚。

Abstract:The paper introduces working characteristic, technique particulars, and flow chart of sand faced permanent molding casting technique for thin wall casting alloy iron cylinder liner, which is used in mesotype and minitype internal combustion engines. Based on heat-transfer criterion for system compacted with the liner cast-sand coating-metal mold and experiment results, the paper indicates that the cylinder liner cast thickness, sand coating thickness, and thickness of metal mold are the most important processing parameters for controling the cast process.
