摘    要:研究了对旋轴流通风机的空气动力特性和结构特点,并根据轴流通风机空气动力学理论,分析了普通轴流通风机的轮毂比对气动性能的影响,对对旋轴流通风机的轮毂比进行了优化分析研究,建立了效率与轮毂比的优化电子表格,通过利用其强大计算功能对在不同轮毂比条件下的效率进行了分析比较,充分考虑了其他结构参数的合理性,确定出最优的轮毂比.

Abstract:The aero dynamical property and the construction of counter - rotating axial flow fan are researched. According to the theory of aerodynamics axial flow fan, the hub ratio of counter- rotating axial flow fan is optimized and researched. Optimizing Excel between efficiency and hub ratio is built up. After considering the flow, total pressure, diffusion factor etc., the Excel of efficiency and hub ratio is created. With the powerful calculation function of the Excel, the efficiency under different hub ratio is analyzed and compared. Other structural parameter is fully considered too. the optimum hub ratio is confirmed.
