| 摘 要： | 提出并研究了一种空间分布压电驱动的多自由度微定位新技术。采用多个压电驱动器的空间并列分布实现六自由度精密微定位。本文作者阐述了微定位原理，建立了载物台位姿与驱动器伸缩量之间的关系，介绍了微定位装置的构造。

| Abstract: | A new technique of multi degrte of freedom (DOF)precision positioning with PZT actuators has been put forward and studied.Multi PZT actuators have been distributed spatially in order to reailze six DOF precision positioning.In this paper the author introduced the micro positioning principle and the relationship between the position of platforms and the displacement of PZT actuators,and the conformation of the device. |
