红外线二氧化碳气体分析器在碳酸盐生产中应用

摘    要:提出在碳酸盐生产中应用在线式红外线二氧化碳气体分析器测定生产过程中的二氧化碳浓度(仪器 法)。介绍了仪器法的原理和特点,与传统的吸收瓶法相比较各自的优缺点。建议将在线式二氧化碳气体分析器安装在煅烧工序的窑气净化和压缩后,即安装在二氧化碳气体压缩罐的附近,或者安装在碳化工序前面的位置。仪 器法测定生产过程中的二氧化碳浓度相对于传统的吸收瓶法具有原位、在线、无损、测定速度快、精度高、误差小等优点。

Abstract:Application of on-line infrared CO2 gas analyzer(instrument method) in carbonate production to determine the concentration of CO2 was presented.The principle and characteristics as well as the advantages and disadvantages of instrument method in comparing with conventional flask absorption method were introduced.It′s suggested that on-line infrared CO2 gas analyzer should be installed in the location behind the kiln gas purification and compression of the calcination procedure or before the carbonization procedure,i.e.installed in the vicinity of the CO2 gas compression tank.Comparing with the conventional flask absorption method,instrument method has the advantages of in situ,on-line,nondestructiveness,rapid determination speed,high precision,and small error etc.in determining the concentration of CO2 during the carbonate production.
