改进遗传算法在地层对比中的应用

摘    要:针对简单遗传算法存在早收敛和在进化后期搜索效率较低的缺点,提出了一种变参数的遗传算法。该算法对种群的个体赋予寿命,并根据寿命对遗传算法的选择、交叉和变异算子以及种群规模自动调整,能够有效防止早收敛并改善遗传算法收敛性能。并用改进的遗传算法解决基于测井曲线的地层对比的问题,取得了较好效果,验证了算法可用性和高效性。

Abstract:This paper proposes a variable parameters of the genetic algorithm to overcome premature convergence and slow convergent speed at later evolution process of simple genetic algorithm.This algorithm gives the chromosomes in a population a lifespan.And according to the individual life of the genetic algorithm selection,crossover,mutation operator and the population size adaption,can effectively prevent premature convergence and improve the convergence of genetic algorithm.Using improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem based on stratigraphic correlation of logging curve,achieved good results,verified the algorithm availability and efficiency.
