摘    要:移动通信现在正处于由第三代向第四代过渡的关键时期,随着通信业务的复杂性和多样性越来越突出,对核心网安全稳定运行的要求相应提高。为了提供更安全的网络性能和更多的业务,核心网有必要实现容灾备份机制,本文研究了一种基于软交换的网络备份容灾关键技术,对现有的1+1、N+1等网络备份容灾方案进行了对比分析,提出了一种新的环接力容灾组网备份方案,能够有效避免交换系统出现故障而随之产生的业务大规模中断等风险,有助于进一步提高移动通信系统的安全性。

Abstract:The mobile communication is in the transitional period from the third generation to the fourth generation now. With the com munication services becoming more and more complexity and diversity, it calls for the core network operating more safety and stability. In order to provide more secure performance and services, it is necessary for core network to achieve a disaster recovery backup mechanism. This article studied some network backup disaster recovery key technologies which is based on the soft - switch. Through carrying on a contrastive analysis on existing backup disaster recovery plans for 1 + 1, N + 1, etc, this paper proposes a new referenced ringrelay disaster recovery backup plan, which could avoid the serious risks of service disruption caused by disorder of the switch system and could further enhance the security of mobile communication networks.
