摘    要:纳米碳酸镁铝在水中极易发生团聚,给粒度测试带来了很大的难题。采用了多种分散剂对其进行预分散,同时考察了不同超声时间和乙醇用量对颗粒分散的影响。结果表明,乙醇和六偏磷酸钠的混合溶液可以很好地分散纳米碳酸镁铝。该分散方法的可靠性在与扫描电镜结果的比对中得到进一步证实。

Abstract:It brings a lot of difficult problems that aluminum magnesium carbonate in water is extremely easy to agglomerate.This test used a variety of dispersants to pre-disperse,and the influences of ultrasonic time and ethanol volume on dispersion of particles were studied.Results showed the mixed solution of ethanol and sodium hexametaphosphate could disperse aluminum magnesium carbonate well.The reliability of this dispersion method can be further confirmed by the comparison to the scanning electron microscopy result.
