| 摘 要： | 中药提取液中含有大量动植物蛋白、多糖等胶体与胶状体渣质,这些药源固体在过滤过程中容易堵塞介质孔隙,液固过滤分离难度增大,过滤速度慢,生产效率低。在过滤分离过程中,只有不断地更新过滤介质表面,才能使得工艺过程维持较高的过滤速率。负压式中药自动排渣过滤器能够对过滤渣质进行实时、彻底地清除,在清渣时不必拆卸过滤系统,边清渣边过滤等特点,彻底解决了中药生产过程中的过滤分离问题。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese medicine extract contains large amounts of plant and animal proteins,polysaccharides,such as colloid and colloid slag,these drugs easier to plug the source of solid porous medium,liquid-solid filtration separation more difficult,slow filtration,low production efficiency.Therefore,only the surface of the filter medium constantly renewed could the filtering process keep in a high rate.Chinese medicine automatic deslagging vacuum-type filter can be capable of filtering deslagging real-time,completely clear,and possessed in cleaning residue without removal filtration system,filtering while cleaning completely solved the filtration and separation process probleming in Chinese medicine production. |
