摘    要:以Y2O3,Gd2O3,Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,Al(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,采用微波均相沉淀法制备了Ce:(Y,Gd)3Al5O12前驱体,经1100℃煅烧得到粒径在100nm左右的近球形粉体。测试结果表明:该粉具有良好的荧光性能,呈现宽带激发和宽带发射,激发主峰在456nm,半高宽约为60nm,在460nm入射光的激发下,发射峰在566nm左右,半高宽约为125nm。由于Gd3+的掺入改变了基体的晶场结构,致使发射光谱发生了红移。

Abstract:The Ce:(Y,Gd)3Al5O12 precursor was prepared by homogeneous precipitation under microwave irradiation using Y2O3,Gd2O3, Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,Al(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials. The XRD patterns show pure YAG crystallized phase was obtained at 1 100℃ for 2h. Basically spherical Ce:(Y,Gd)3Al5O12 powders were indicated from TEM images, and the size of the particles was about 100 nm. The broad excitation band and emission band can be seen from the excitation and emission spectrum. The excitation band is located at 456 nm and the full-width of half-maximum is 60 nm. The emission band is located at 566 nm and the full-width of half-maximum is 125 nm. It was found that red shift occurs in the emission band because parts of Y3+ were replaced by Gd3+.
