汽车灯负载下银基触头材料熔焊性能的研究

摘    要:本文研究了AgNi10,AgNi0.15和AgSnO2不同配对触头在汽车灯负载下的熔焊性能。结果表明在直流灯负载下不对称对触头的熔融性能主要取决于阳极材料。AgNi10材料在较大电流下的抗熔焊性不如AgNi0.15和AgSnO2。焊接点分布在熔融区上,焊接点的断裂为韧性断裂。

Abstract:The welding characteristic of different contact pairs made of AgNi10, AgNi0 15 and AgSnO 2 under automobile lamp load was investigated The results showed that the welding performance of asymmetrical pairs was influenced by anode material The performance of AgNi10 was not good as AgNi0 15 and AgSnO 2 under higher current The welding points distributed over the melting area and their rupture mode were of ductile fracture
