遥外科机器人系统的研究与发展

摘    要:从国内外研究的角度出发,给出了遥外科手术系统的不同定义,简述了国内外机器人遥外科手术系统与临床的研究现状,最后介绍了利用基于我们自己研发的医疗机器人的遥外科手术系统进行的异地立体定向遥外科手术,并对遥外科机器人的发展进行了展望。

A Survey of Research and Development on Robot- assisted Telesurgery
Abstract:Telesurgery is an interdisciplinary field of teleoperated robotics and robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery, and has good promising future. In this paper, the diverse definitions of telesurgery are given based on different researches firstly. Then both the abroad and the civil research and development on telesurgery and its clinical application are overviewed. Then the world's first remote clinical stereo tactic neurosurgery is addressed, which is based on LiYuan BH600 surgical robotic system designed and developed by us. At the end, the future direction in this field is presented.
